Reflection

Which goal did you learn the most from?

The goal that I learned the most from was the analyst section. I didn’t really know a ton about ways that students could show me what they learned and then me being able to analyze that to ensure that the lessons are landing and students are learning. It was a good section to learn about because it is so important in both the teachers success in their teaching and also the students success in their learning and academics and ensuring they stay on the right track.

Which goal was your favorite to complete?

I loved doing the leader goal and collaborator goal. I love being engaged and active in the the purposes that mean the most to me and both the leader and collaborator goals had that in them. When you have passion or your purpose is pulled towards something it makes it that much more meaningful to be a part of it. Collaborating with those who feel that same passion that I do and being a leader in something that is important to me is something that I love and will always be a favorite of mine.

Which goal pushed you out of your comfort zone the most?

Definitely the designer goal! There is SO much new technology out there, it’s almost overwhelming, in a good way! I think keeping a running list of my favorites and the tech and tools that I want to utilize in my classrooms will definitely be a help in the future! But this one definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone because I tend to just stick with the things I know and just keep doing things how I’m use to doing them but this goal encouraged me to step outside of that and try some new things and try some new skills and take some new tech into my future lessons.
